Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that within 14 days after receiving your product you can request its return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. If your returned product is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
European Union 14-day withdrawal period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your returned product, please contact us at info@altheaskincare.com .
